BOOKING TERMS
When making a reservation, you agree to our policy

BOOKING:
A credit card must be provided at the time of booking your appointment. All YB Professional services appointments require a 20% non-refundable retainer at the time of booking.

CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULE POLICY:
Clients can cancel or reschedule their appointment online up to 48 hours before the scheduled time. You will receive multiple reminders, providing you with enough time to cancel or reschedule promptly and avoid forfeiting the deposit. When booking, you are required to accept our cancellation policy.

LATE & NO-SHOW POLICY:
If you are over 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed within the remaining time frame. If we do not hear from you within 10 or more minutes into your scheduled appointment time, it is considered a "No-Show," and your deposit will be forfeited.

Your Appointment:
If you see an error with your appointment information, please email us immediately at yuliyamaiboroda@gmail.com. Your appointment booking should include any gel or dip powder removal, extensions, nail art, design and/or add-ons that you plan on getting during your time at YB Professional. If those items are not included, we will not have the allotted time during your service to perform them.

Parking:
Our salon is located on the left side of the building. Parking options include spaces inside the building, and validation is done within the salon after the procedures. Additionally, there is ample street parking available for your convenience.

Check-in:
Upon arrival, have a seat at either the outdoor or indoor bench. Our host or your technician will greet you within a few minutes time, direct you to your station, and help get you settled in.

Payment:
YB Professional accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and Cash. and checks are not accepted as forms of payment. Please be aware that per our cancellation policy, a valid credit card number is required on file to reserve your appointment

Tips:
Tip your technician with cash or via our terminal to electronically send tips directly to your technician.

Medical Conditions:

YB Professional kindly requests confidential disclosure of any relevant medical conditions when booking via email at yuliyamaiboroda@gmail.com. This information allows us to provide appropriate accommodations if needed, such as for pregnancy, carpal tunnel syndrome, or allergies. Health and safety guidelines prohibit us from providing services to individuals with visible communicable illnesses (e.g., athlete's foot, nail fungus, etc.). We do not assume responsibility for allergic reactions to materials; if you have had an allergy to any material in the past, please inform us before making a reservation.

Preferred Technician:
We understand that when many of our clients book with us, they book with a specific technician. We will try our best to always honor that request. However, there are times when your chosen technician is unavailable. In this instance, we will automatically pair you with the next best fit.

Staff Emergencies:
There are times when one of our nail technicians has a last-minute emergency and calls off for the day. This does not happen often, but when it does, we will let you know the moment we find out and do our best to work with you to reschedule your appointment for the same day. If we're unable to get you in on the same day and have to book you further out or cancel altogether, we will discount your next appointment by 15% for the inconvenience.

7-Day Gel Nail Guarantee:
We provide a guarantee for the quality of gel nails done by our specialists for a period of 7 days after the service. Exclusions include mechanical damage, improper care, or the impact of external factors. In case of any issues with the coating within the warranty period, please contact us for possible correction. It's important to note that changes made to the coating by other salons may void the guarantee. To maintain quality, we recommend using specialized care products. The decision to apply the guarantee is at the discretion of our specialists.
